I used this study guide to prepare for my ACS exam in Gen Chem I and found it extremely helpful. The questions on the exam are very similar to the questions in this study guide. If you understand the concepts behind each question, you will be fine.Edit: I scored in the 100th percentile on the exam and definitely attribute my success to this study guide. I don't understand anyone who says it's unclear or misguiding about what you need to know.

This guide is absolutely invaluable. It condenses everything in two semesters of General Chemistry into just what you need to know for the finals. I was able to solve the problems in the book and I got an A on the lecture final (and the highest grade in the class on the lab final) and this book was a big help in doing that. If you're in Gen Chem I/II you'll want this to prepare for finals.

This is pretty standard paperback review book for a standardized test, roughly the size of a large spiral bound notebook. What is remarkable about it is that I bought it in used-vary good condition, and it came looking like a brand new book, no marks at all but for a few vary vary light pencil marks that were easily erased. I did not end up using it a whole lot for the chem 1 test, but I'm told it will come in handy for chem 2. It was definitely useful to familiarize myself with the formatting for the test, as they were all rather oddly worded, and I know that through off some of my classmates who did not have the book. I just when through and did the easier questions I was familiar with and it was enough.Edit: the seller was Rim Country Books.

One star for content. I took the ACS chem 2 exam recently after studying this. Did not help much as they just came out with a new guide. Supposedly the test was on chegg so they had to switch up the questions. Make sure you get the newest guide.Besides that, the book I received was in fair condition

it arrived in perfect condition and within 5 days (but i paid for priority shipping ). as for the book it did come in handy and i do recommend it as a study guide some questions are similar from the study guide also know how to do majority of the equations because there was alot more math than i thought.good luck

This study guide was ok at best. I went into the my final with an A, I did all of the problems in the study guide and I totally bombed. My test included a lot of questions on the Henderson-Hasselbach equation as well as Delta H, Delta G and Delta S. None of those topics were covered well in the study guide. Save your money and study your notes.

This book will teach you one day at a time how to embrace each day with a new outlook on life. It will show you how to find your self worth while living with an alcoholic. It will help you understand how you can become a better person to yourself.

Although I thought this was a bit pricey I bought it anyway. I had one years ago and somehow lost it. It does have a lot of insight and encouragement for anyone living with or dealing with someone with an addiction problem. I dont think Alanon prints these anymore. Thats a shame because they really are helpful.

YOu can never say enough about the wisdom in and behind this book.
